Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, we will make it right.

 

Returns

 

You can return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There is no restocking fee.

 

If you have opened the product and are not satisfied, email us at hello@functionalberries.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. You do not need to return the bottle.

 

Damaged, wrong or missing items

 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email hello@functionalberries.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will replace it or refund you. You do not need to return anything.

 

Cancelling an order

 

You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund. Email hello@functionalberries.com with your order number as soon as possible.

 

How refunds are issued

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, we issue the refund within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to show it.
